About the role

  • Lead high-performing teams delivering production-grade AI/ML and advanced analytics solutions
  • Design scalable AI systems for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, optimization, and anomaly detection
  • Integrate latest research, tools, and methodologies into AI development workflows and be a thought leader
  • Coordinate between business, data, enterprise service, and compliance teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
  • Influence business outcomes by transforming data into intelligence to enable smarter decisions
  • Travel 20–40% to collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years' experience
  • In lieu of degree, a minimum of 18 years’ relevant experience will be considered
  • Experience designing and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions (predictive analytics, NLP, anomaly detection, computer vision)
  • Experience with data modelling, statistical methods, and algorithm development
  • Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and MLOps practices (e.g., MLFlow, containerization)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and researchers
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Anticipated 20–40% travel
