About the role
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on issues related to assigned orders.
- Manage repair purchase orders from a range of military airline customers, including communicating customer requirements, providing initial acknowledgment, preparing quotes, coordinating shipment, and overseeing invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, including asset reporting, customer service levels/on-time delivery, turn time penalty avoidance, and status reporting.
- Collaborate across functions such as Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, Shop Supervision, Shop Technicians, Customer Support Managers, and Field Service.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Experience in military contract administration
- Proven customer service experience
- Familiarity with continuous improvement processes and tools
