Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure for multiple projects.
Identify and track risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to meet productivity, quality, and organizational goals.
Monitor and allocate resources effectively to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
Report project outcomes and risks to appropriate management channels as needed, escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including deliverables, activities, change management, and timelines.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Lead communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Present project status and options for addressing critical issues to functional leadership, while managing project costs within the approved budget.
Requirements
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 12 years related experience or an advanced Degree in related field and minimum 10 years of experience.
5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager implementing Payroll Systems
Proven experience with ADP systems.
Prior experience in payroll implementations.
Proven experience in leading and coordinating functional projects or operational initiatives.
Proven ability to assemble cross-functional teams and drive critical outcomes.
Demonstrated experience supporting business service leaders and managing key stakeholder relationships and expectations across a program.
Expertise in managing the development of requirements documentation and related technical project specifications to address business needs, including system implementations or enhancements, regulatory changes, process/policy modifications, technology upgrades, and more.
Experience leading project teams to develop risk and issue mitigation strategies to meet productivity, quality, and organizational goals.
