About the role

  • Support Business Services leadership in managing key stakeholder relationships and expectations across the program, leveraging effective communication and risk management techniques.
  • Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure for multiple projects.
  • Identify and track risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to meet productivity, quality, and organizational goals.
  • Monitor and allocate resources effectively to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
  • Report project outcomes and risks to appropriate management channels as needed, escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including deliverables, activities, change management, and timelines.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Lead communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Present project status and options for addressing critical issues to functional leadership, while managing project costs within the approved budget.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 12 years related experience or an advanced Degree in related field and minimum 10 years of experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager implementing Payroll Systems
  • Proven experience with ADP systems.
  • Prior experience in payroll implementations.
  • Proven experience in leading and coordinating functional projects or operational initiatives.
  • Proven ability to assemble cross-functional teams and drive critical outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting business service leaders and managing key stakeholder relationships and expectations across a program.
  • Expertise in managing the development of requirements documentation and related technical project specifications to address business needs, including system implementations or enhancements, regulatory changes, process/policy modifications, technology upgrades, and more.
  • Experience leading project teams to develop risk and issue mitigation strategies to meet productivity, quality, and organizational goals.
