About the role

  • Partner with LTAMDS/GhostEye Production Senior Director, LTAMDS/GhostEye CFO, and respective leadership teams to optimize business decisions on program execution, new business, and long-term strategy.
  • Ensure proper financial controls, maintain compliance, and support the needs of the business.
  • Lead Program execution and financial planning for the portfolio to drive favorable financial performance.
  • Creation and execution of Long Range and Annual Operating Plans.
  • Delivering monthly financial forecasts.
  • Oversight and approval of Program Estimates at Completions (EACs).
  • Implementation of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and application of key concepts.
  • Coordination across Functional leadership for staffing and resource planning.
  • Knowledge of Accounting policies and procedures, with the ability to coordinate with all Accounting organizations to determine the best courses of action within policy.
  • Preparation and presentation of Business Cases to SSBU and LADS leadership teams.
  • Review financial reports, presentations and bids for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field & 12 years of prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience
  • Management/leadership experience on high visibility projects and/or programs
  • Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC's) and/or Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Experience with government contracting and/or FAR requirements
  • Experience with Risk and Opportunity (R&O) analysis evaluation and/or reporting
  • Ability to convey critical financial analyses to all levels of the organization through effective PowerPoint deck development and messaging
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability and comfort to succinctly present to senior levels of leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, creative, and innovative, including using critical and strategic thinking to make difficult business decisions
  • Sound analytical, problem identification, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others and achieve results
  • Demonstrated ability to work on a fast-paced team and lead in a cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrates ability to build and develop an organization, including attracting and cultivating top talent
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to travel to Customer and Supplier locations and present key concepts and strategies
  • Familiarity with Raytheon Financial and Operations and Supply Chain Policies and Procedures
  • Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems.
