About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive end-to-end revenue operations across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success
Work closely with compliance teams on building and implementing global and regional policies for customer onboarding and monitoring
Develop forecasting, pipeline management, and executive reporting
Work with the CRM team to Improve and automate lead management, opportunity management, and customer lifecycle workflows
Support territory planning, quota design, and capacity modeling
Partner with Finance, Product, Data, and GTM leaders on strategic initiatives
Work with L&D team to implement onboarding and training plans for new and existing sales teams
Work closely with product team to on new product launches, equipping sales teams with the right training and materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles
Experience supporting global B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or technology organizations
Strong CRM expertise (Salesforce and/or HubSpot)
Advanced analytics and reporting skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
