About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide first- and second-level support to internal users for IT issues.
- Analyze and resolve technical incidents both remotely and on-site.
- Install, configure and maintain hardware and software.
- Manage user accounts and access rights.
- Document support requests and solutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to continuously improve our IT services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in first- and second-level support.
- Strong knowledge of installation and maintenance of operating systems and software applications.
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems systematically.
- Team player with a structured work approach.
