Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide first- and second-level support to internal users for IT issues.
  • Analyze and resolve technical incidents both remotely and on-site.
  • Install, configure and maintain hardware and software.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems systematically.
