About the role

  • You will be the contact person for our clients when it comes to advertising and will keep their campaigns up to date.
  • Step by step you will learn our varied product range so you can provide competent advice at any time.
  • You will discuss marketing measures mainly by phone, WhatsApp, or accept orders easily by e‑mail.
  • You will learn the basics of customer service, write persuasive and creative ad copy, and become proficient with our internal systems.
  • Over time you will build your own client portfolio and learn what works best for your clients and how to convince them of the benefits of placing ads online and in print.
  • You will be actively involved in real projects and our daily operations, gaining a lot of practical expertise.
  • Throughout your entire apprenticeship you will be supported by our experienced account managers and our large RTO team.

Requirements

  • You have a Realschulabschluss (intermediate secondary school certificate) or have completed your (Fach-)Abitur (A‑level/technical high school diploma).
  • You can express yourself very well in German and ideally have additional foreign language skills.
  • You enjoy working with people.
  • You are fully committed, listen attentively, and are always ready to respond to others and find the best solution.
  • You’re not just part of the team—you stand out through commitment and initiative.
  • With your flexible and optimistic attitude you keep a cool head and can adapt well to different situations.
