About the role

  • Work with project teams to track the progress of ongoing project activities
  • Identify and define critical studies and project tasks
  • Ensure high levels of communication with project teams, support resources and clients
  • Plan studies and tasks, working with contract research organization (CRO) staff or consultants as needed to finalize study protocols and procedures
  • Research and summarize program information for response to external requests, project proposals, reports and external meetings
  • Coordinate activities and communication across multiple organizations
  • Prepare project status reports
  • Manage conference calls, meetings, and other logistics for the project(s)
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for project team meeting and track action items
  • Aid in creating and tracking project budgets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s level degree with 10+ years of experience, supporting early-stage and preclinical therapeutic development projects, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, supporting early-stage and preclinical therapeutic development projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
