About the role
- Work with project teams to track the progress of ongoing project activities
- Identify and define critical studies and project tasks
- Ensure high levels of communication with project teams, support resources and clients
- Plan studies and tasks, working with contract research organization (CRO) staff or consultants as needed to finalize study protocols and procedures
- Research and summarize program information for response to external requests, project proposals, reports and external meetings
- Coordinate activities and communication across multiple organizations
- Prepare project status reports
- Manage conference calls, meetings, and other logistics for the project(s)
- Prepare agendas and minutes for project team meeting and track action items
- Aid in creating and tracking project budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s level degree with 10+ years of experience, supporting early-stage and preclinical therapeutic development projects, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, supporting early-stage and preclinical therapeutic development projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
