About the role
- Support financial strategy and pricing development for complex proposals
- Assist in the development of financial components of proposal development including cost models, pricing structures, staffing plans, and margin analysis
- Responsible for end-to-end proposal submission delivery to clients
- Provide guidance to project teams on financial performance, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability management
- Support the primary finance partner to RTI-HS Practice Areas on financial planning, investment decisions, and portfolio performance
- Support finance and proposal process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of directly related experience
- Experience in consulting, research organizations, government contracting, or life sciences environments strongly preferred.
