About the role

  • oversees the user experience and strategy for RTI’s web properties
  • shape cohesive, user-centered experiences across digital products, marketing platforms, and key audience journeys
  • bridge product UX, web experience, and service design
  • increase performance from a SEO/AEO/GEO standpoint
  • establish clear guidelines for content creation
  • deliver high-quality experiences for internal and external audiences
  • serve as people manager for digital marketing and design roles

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 14 years of relevant experience (or Master's degree and 12 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • at least 8 years in UX, product design, service design, or digital experience strategy
  • demonstrated fluency and comfort incorporating generative and agentic AI into strategy development and implementation
  • experience working across a breadth of clients (non-profit, technology services, professional services and consulting, start-up)
