About the role

  • Expand RTI’s business and impact in the life sciences industry
  • Connect commercial clients to RTI’s service portfolio spanning from wet labs to dry labs
  • Apply capabilities in client expansion, account management, and go-to-market strategy development
  • Collaborate with business development specialists, marketing, and scientists to understand trends
  • Develop service offerings and strategies relevant for public and commercial sectors
  • Support strategic initiatives that sit within the intersection of RTI’s capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 18 years of total professional experience
  • Master’s degree and at least 14 years of experience, or doctorate and at least 10 years of experience
  • At least 6 years’ demonstrable experience in a business development, client-centric/client facing role within the life sciences sector
  • Proven track record of growing a life sciences business portfolio
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship for employment visa status
