Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and maintain the office IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for 1500+ users.
Support internal users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, both on-site and remotely.
Manage and configure network devices (switches, printers), workstations, and access control systems.
Drive automation by developing tools to streamline routine IT processes and repetitive tasks.
Ensure security and stability through proactive network monitoring, backup management, and system auditing.
Collaborate with the IT team to select and deploy the best hardware and software solutions for the company’s evolving needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expertise in Windows troubleshooting and knowledge of workstation-level software environments.
Understanding of networking, including LAN management and workstation-level connectivity.
Strong communication skills: the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues in a patient and professional manner.
Technical fluency: Git, basic Linux skills, or script-writing abilities.
Languages: English (B1+), Polish (C2).
