About the role
- You'll be responsible for conducting in-depth research, experimenting with new technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve their efficacy in our systems.
- Your role will involve a blend of programming, research, and analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of various ad tech solutions.
- Strong technical proficiency: Programming skills and the ability to understand large and complex systems and architectures.
- Strong desire for learning and knowledge acquisition: Openness to continuous learning and expanding skills in the ad tech domain.
- Independence: Ability to make decisions and take action without excessive supervision while maintaining a high standard of work.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as researcher or engineer.
- Proficiency in programming.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive meaningful insights.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
