About the role

  • As the Senior Marketing and PR Manager for the US team you will lead regional PR effort, communication and content efforts to drive awareness, engagement, and business growth in alignment with global strategy.
  • You will independently manage the planning and execution of integrated marketing activities that support sales goals, build the RTB House brand, and create long-term value through marketing & communications activities.
  • Act as the daily strategic lead for our PR agency, ensuring pitching efforts align with event and campaign calendar as well as US market trends.
  • Monitor US industry news for opportunities where RTB House experts can provide commentary.
  • Own the US events speaking calendar and manage the submission process for major events.
  • Draft scripts, abstracts, and talk tracks for keynoters and panelists as needed for events.
  • Partner with our design team to produce high-end, presentation decks that stand out on a mainstage.
  • Lead the content agenda for RTB House-hosted VIP dinners or roundtables, ensuring the discussion topics are relevant and high-value.
  • Lead the end-to-end production of 1–2 high-priority US case studies per month, from initial client interviews through to final design approval.
  • Create tailored success stories for key US verticals, such as E-commerce, Travel, and Fashion.
  • Ensure all finished case studies are effectively packaged for the US Sales team to use in pitch decks and RFPs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience (proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, digital, or advertising industries.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities - with practical experience in planning and executing complex marketing and PR strategies.
  • Leveraging a data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly to business goals.
  • Proven track record in content creation for events, webinars, podcasts, or panel discussions.
  • Outstanding project management and cooperation skills with the ability to balance multiple markets and stakeholders with varying business maturity.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends, content marketing, social media, and events.
  • Fluency in English, a plus if you are fluent in Polish as well.
