serve as the Platform Owner, executing governance as an enablement model by establishing clear ownership, decision rights, and standards that empower Platform Managers and delivery teams
own platform standards, guardrails, and operational controls that are enforced through automation
define and enforce platform standards and policies through automation wherever possible
manage technical debt, evaluate new capabilities, and ensure platform evolution aligns with enterprise standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with Boomi, Camunda, or comparable enterprise integration and workflow platforms
10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, integration, workflow, or platform related roles.
Strong understanding of enterprise platform concepts including integration patterns, workflow orchestration, platform lifecycle management, and governance execution.
Familiarity with cloud ecosystem design, identity and access models, and modern platform operational practices.
Knowledge of security, audit, compliance, and risk management principles as they apply to enterprise platforms.
Experience owning or operating enterprise platforms with accountability for reliability, lifecycle management, and risk outcomes.
Demonstrated experience leading platform leads, senior engineers, or shared services resources.
