About the role

  • Help clients transform their businesses through data, machine learning, and AI.
  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI models using Python, R, Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Support Generative AI and AI Agent projects, contributing to prompt design, data preparation, and model evaluation.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and build features to support model training and business insights.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with data and AI solution design.
  • Develop data pipelines and analytics solutions using leading cloud technology tools and products.
  • Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Contribute to project documentation, quality assurance, and testing, ensuring accuracy and scalability of deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to deliver holistic client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, machine learning, or business intelligence solution development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and/or R for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with cloud data services such as Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
  • Demonstrated experience building data science, machine learning, and/or agentic AI solutions.
  • Strong proficiency SQL and data engineering processes.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment.
  • Passion for using AI and advanced analytics to solve real business problems.
