About the role

  • Collaborates with UKG practice leadership and business development to lead end-to-end UKG consulting services
  • Owns revenue, margin, client satisfaction, and delivery quality of engagements
  • Drives enterprise sales, oversees engagement management and delivery execution
  • Accountable for both commercial outcomes and operational excellence
  • Owns annual bookings and revenue targets, facilitates go-to-market plan for UKG services
  • Partners with UKG, RSM Business Development, and other teams to co-sell and expand market presence
  • Establishes engagement governance: scope control, change management, risk/issue management
  • Oversees portfolio health across all active projects
  • Ensures delivery excellence: on-time, on-budget implementations with measurable value realization for clients
  • Builds and develops a high-performing team

Requirements

  • 10+ years in professional services for enterprise software
  • Deep experience with UKG Pro and UKG WFM across HCM, Payroll, and Workforce Management implementations
  • Proven track record delivering multi-phase programs (global rollouts, complex integrations, change management)
  • Demonstrated success in building and closing complex services deals ($1M+)
  • Strong financial acumen (pricing, margin management, utilization)
  • Executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Private Equity/M&A advisory and transaction-related services delivery
  • Experience with UKG alliances and ecosystem partners
  • Familiarity with UKG certifications and product roadmap
  • Background in managed services for UKG solutions
  • Experience in industry verticals (e.g., healthcare, retail, manufacturing, public sector) with workforce management complexity
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HRIS, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25% throughout the US and Canada
