About the role

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for FaaS, including continued diversification of the FaaS solutions.
  • Leverage experience and network to drive growth and market connectivity.
  • Drive operational scale, efficiency, and margin improvement through leadership, incentives and decision-making bandwidth.
  • Lead transformation initiatives, including AI, automation, offshore expansion, and process improvement.
  • Integrate FaaS offerings with other RSM service lines and the Catamaran infrastructure.
  • Be a strategic leader in our Catamaran enterprise-wide managed service ecosystem.
  • Oversee and adjust, as required, operational support, resource planning, engagement support, and KPI reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the managed services ecosystem for shared client opportunities and platform investments.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them through finance function transformation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading complex engagements and supporting revenue growth and long-term retention.
  • Expand executive presence to enhance client relationship development and scope expansion.
  • Build the next generation of managed services talent.
  • Foster a high-performing culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and collaboration across geographies.
  • Diversify talent skillset to meet the wide range of client profiles from startup to large public companies.
  • Build a talent pool with deep experience in serving private equity-backed companies.
  • Achieve defined financial goals through client acquisition, account expansion, client retention and operational efficiencies.
  • Evolve and expand the managed service suite to align with market demand.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Build market visibility, strengthen client and influencer relationships, and deliver measurable impact through cross-practice collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managed services growth, strategy, operations and delivery.
  • Deep expertise in outsourcing, finance transformation and automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead functional teams across the US, Canada, India and South America.
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven skills to motivate service delivery team to expand services, business developers to mine and deliver on strategic new clients and colleagues to understand and refer prospects.
