About the role
- Lead and manage a team of people managers/supervisors overseeing day-to-day execution of centralized, repeatable talent processes for learning
- Set strategic priorities and roadmaps to guide operational execution and continuous improvement
- Design, implement, and optimize global business processes
- Maintain a culture of operational excellence
- Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and other stakeholders
- Oversee documentation and training of business processes
- Formulate and communicate project plans for new talent programming
- Ensure infrastructure and team structure can scale and adjust to business needs
- Act as a point of escalation for complex problems
- Track and report on operating results
- Proactively collaborate with the HRIS team
- Foster a culture of curiosity and experimentation
- Identify, assess, and implement emerging technologies
Requirements
- 8-10 years of progressive Human Resources, Learning or Talent Development experience
- 4 years within an advanced role
- Supervisory experience for a strategic team of professionals
- Prior experience coaching and developing a high performing team required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development or related degree
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent consultative skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences
- Strong strategic orientation
- Analytical skills
- Critical thinking ability
- Proven ability to work with minimal guidance
