About the role
- Lead the business requirements gathering and design of enterprise resource management solutions
- Collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions
- Serve as the primary solution owner for Dayshape
- Partner with business stakeholders to define solution requirements
- Engage with Dayshape vendor to understand current state solution and future product enhancements
- Manage and mentor a solution support team fostering collaboration and accountability
- Identify and resolve system bugs, performance issues, and integration challenges across platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience required
- Strong knowledge of basic and advanced business analysis techniques and strategies
- Proficient in MS Office products such as Word, PowerPoint and Visio, with advanced skills in Excel preferred
- Knowledge of defect tracking processes and tools
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities for system bugs and process gaps
- Experience with Dayshape
- Experience with Workday, especially Projects and Resource Management
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability.
