Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress and demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge

Requirements

5-8+ years of related experience in a high growth and fast paced setting
Extensive experience performing in-depth company valuations
Building detailed operating and cash flow models
Assessing industry and competitive landscapes
Performing due diligence
Executing both M&A transactions and private / public financings
Client facing experience from consulting, public accounting, private equity, venture capital or investment banking
Advanced financial modeling experience required
Expert at developing and explaining fully integrated 3-Statement financial models in Microsoft Excel
Advanced level of proficiency in modeling Equity, Debt, and hybrid instruments
Proficiency creating board level and management ready presentations in Power Point
Strong fundamental valuation skills including exceptional understanding of income and market approaches
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field, plus 5 years of work experience; OR a Master's degree in relevant field plus 5 years of related experience
Prior knowledge with formal commercial banking, equity research or valuation practice
Experience building financial analytics models in MS Excel and one or more of VBA, MS Access, SQL Server, Data Visualization applications, Alteryx
Minimum of 4 years of team lead or in-charge experience
