Lead overall project teams in implementation of data and analytic solutions
Function as a technical architect to develop and deliver assessments and strategies
Stay abreast of emerging trends in big data and cloud computing
Develop and maintain best practices for data management and security
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify customer needs
Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
Provide mentorship and guidance to college hires and offshore teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in IT
5+ years of experience designing data models
5+ years of experience in business intelligence solutions
Deep expertise in at least one major cloud data platform
Proven record of leading data and analytics solutions
Advanced understanding of various data platforms and tools
Proficient in BI visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Proficient in SQL and Python
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
