Lead the continued growth of the cloud practice serving RSM clients in various industries
Develop strong working relationships with clients by understanding their businesses and challenges
Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities with existing and new clients, providing subject matter knowledge
Lead multiple team engagements simultaneously, including complex implementation and migration engagements
Develop go-to-market solutions, work with leading technology vendors, and champion the cloud practice

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or graduate degree and 10+ years of related work experience
High proficiency with application development technologies
High proficiency with tools and techniques for cloud native and modern application development
Experience with private, public and hybrid cloud deployments
Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels
Excellent project management, organization, and follow-up skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Must be a team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently
Willingness and ability to travel globally
Strong financial and business acumen, able to speak about technology in the language of business
Curiosity about business and technology; motivated with a desire to learn
Strong knowledge of one of the following industries would be advantageous: Financial Services and Insurance, Consumer Products, Technology, Industrials
