About the role
- Serve as a key SME on the HR Technology team
- Connect HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) with the HR Talent Technology team
- Lead prioritization, gather requirements, configure systems, manage change
- Optimize Workday configuration and integrate 3rd party tools
- Review configurations and business processes to identify gaps and recommend solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in Workday and PeopleSoft
- Proven experience in Workday system configuration, at least at a Functional Admin level
- Extensive experience in one or more HR subject areas (e.g. Performance, Talent, Compensation)
- Ability to translate functional requirements to technical language
- Ability to think globally about a process impact and manage relevant detail
- Organization and project management skills
- Resourcefulness and a knack for navigating challenges independently
