About the role
- Implement and manage endpoint computing infrastructure for clients
- Provide training to technical and non-technical staff
- Troubleshoot technical issues for various companies
- Serve as a national resource for projects across regions
- Establish rapport with key client decision makers
Requirements
- Minimum three to five years’ experience with endpoint infrastructure technologies (SCCM, Intune, AVD, Jamf, AWS Workspace, MDT)
- IT consulting experience with mid-market clients a plus
- Microsoft or similar certifications
- SCCM, MDT, Intune, and AVD implementation experience
- Office365/Microsoft365 implementation experience
- Application packaging experience a plus
- MDM solutions experience a plus
- Scripting experience (Powershell, Batch, VB) a plus
- Windows 10/11 deployment and migration experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
