Engineer

• Develop and mature V&V objectives, test cases, and test procedures for distributed autonomous control system requirements.
• Configure software simulations to create Test Like You Fly (TLYF) scenarios and execute verification events.
• Use custom and commercial tools (DOORS, SharePoint, Confluence) to generate and maintain verification artifacts.
• Interface with NASA and spacecraft designer engineering teams.
• Interface with domestic and international Gateway partners.
• Coordinate with vendors and government teams performing lower-level verification for oversight and ability to leverage V&V activities for credit.
• Provide creative solutions for constrained schedules and resources in a fast-paced environment.
• This work takes place onsite at NASA/JSC in Houston, TX, a highly stimulating and dynamic environment that is critical in human space flight and the space exploration initiative.
