About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support external audit engagements for clients in the Investment Funds sector (open‑end and structured funds).
  • Assist in analyzing and validating financial statements and notes, focusing on accounting matters and internal controls specific to the segment.
  • Assess compliance with CVM and ANBIMA regulations applicable to funds, including proper classification of assets, liabilities and equity.
  • Assist in identifying and communicating audit risks, control deficiencies and opportunities for improvement to clients and the internal team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience in external audit, preferably with direct exposure to Investment Funds clients.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards (CPC/IFRS) and of CVM and ANBIMA regulations for the funds segment is a plus.
  • Understanding of operational processes of an investment fund (unit calculation, custody, fund administration, etc.) is a plus.
  • Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
