Accounts Receivable Assistant
RSM BrasilResponsible for day-to-day accounts receivable activities including issuing and settling boletos, collections, bank reconciliation and cash-flow control. Requires ERP experience, strong attention to detail and enrollment in an Accounting degree (or active CRC if graduated).

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prior experience in accounts receivable processes
- Bank reconciliation
- Monitoring and managing delinquency
- Issuance, updating and settlement of boletos (Brazilian payment slips)
- Customer collections via email and phone
- Monitoring receipts and managing cash flow
- Verification of payment confirmations and bank statements
- Contacting customers to negotiate outstanding financial balances
- Preparation and updating of financial reports
- Support for monthly financial close
- Knowledge of withholdings and basic taxes related to invoicing
- Organization of financial documents and controls
- Experience with foreign exchange (FX) closings/settlements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred
- Intermediate English preferred
- Experience with financial ERP systems
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills, proactive and able to prioritize
- Responsible and deadline-oriented
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis)
- If degree completed, active CRC (Brazilian professional accounting registration) required
