About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support aLEAVEiate, Middle Market, and Large Case implementation activities
  • Review submission documents and relevant client information with the Large Case Implementation Manager
  • Participate in customer and vendor meetings to review and resolve concerns and open questions during file-transfer testing
  • Track assigned clients and statuses for reporting to senior management
  • Follow up with implementation managers, brokers, and clients on timely file submissions and manage expectations around delays
  • Collaborate with internal IT business partners and business units to verify converted-file accuracy
  • Advise implementation, account management, and operations teams of outstanding issues and develop action plans
  • Coordinate questions and data-transfer “kick outs” with implementation, account management, operations, and IT management
  • Support, maintain, and audit final migration numbers used for business and billing
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for vendor migrations, including metrics and common concerns
  • Act as a subject-matter expert and liaison between internal and external IT teams on data-transfer portals and requirements
  • Establish and track performance metrics, systems of measurement, and accountabilities
  • Collaborate with enrollment platforms managing Reliance’s enrollment and eligibility-transfer relationships
  • Maintain internal and external business-partner relationships
  • Support required actions requested by managers and team leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equitable years of experience
  • 2+ years of Leave of Absence experience in claims management or data migration
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good time management and time-sensitivity planning
  • Strong and proactive communication skills
  • Understanding of FMLA, state leave laws, and other employer-authorized leave laws
  • Ability to speak confidently and persuasively with clients and brokers
  • Ability to adapt and change
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships at all levels
