About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports Middle Market Customers by working closely with Client Managers providing daily service to our Life, Disability and Absence Management clients.
Works closely with the Client Managers on executing business plans and delivering on initiatives.
Acts as an internal and external point of contact on issue resolution.
Partners with cross-functional internal partners to drive client initiatives.
Monitors projects and open tasks.
Delivers exceptional customer service as the main point of contact for clients on day-to-day account management needs, including reporting, contracts and plan design, data analytics, performance guarantee monitoring and delivery, billing, task workflows, service tickets and client change notices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree in related field preferred.
2 years of industry/group insurance experience required.
Group Life and Health licenses required.
Self-driven, motivated individual with a consultative mindset and strong skills at building strong relationships.
Ability to work as a team, under the direction of Client Managers.
Knowledge of group insurance underwriting a plus.
Expertise with PowerPoint, Excel and Word and other basic Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to Travel: Up to 10%
