Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to understand the domain of the software problem and/or functionality, the interfaces between hardware and software, and the overall software characteristics.
Use programming, scripting, and/or database languages to write the software code.
Support software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding software enhancements.
Apply knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Understand star schema and develop multidimensional data models.
Understand SSRS.
Develop self-service models and pre-defined reports for a wide variety of business users.
Experience in building enterprise data models using Power BI desktop, Tableau, and SSAS
Experience with Microsoft Azure platform and Power BI Desktop
Develop, publish, and schedule reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
Experience in requirement analysis for financial and demographic data
Experience to lead the discussions with the clients.

Requirements

BS in Computer Science or related field
At least 3 years’ experience with building reports with SSRS
Interest to learn Power BI
1-3 years of experience with complex data manipulation in a relational database
1-3 years of experience in SQL (MS SQL Server)
Interest, or experience, in leading others
Knowledge of Relational Databases, Object Oriented Design, and Data Structures
Familiarity with one or more programming languages
Work experience with standard development techniques (Agile SDLC, OOD)
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
Professional business demeanor
Previous team-oriented development experience.
