Providing guidance to Delivery Teams for large scale data conversion initiatives.
Providing conversion design and development for entities and accounts, financials, cases, images, and other miscellaneous data sources
Working closely with Functional SMEs to establish conversion procedures that adhere to system configurations
Establishing approach (templates, methods, standards, questionnaires, etc…) for Conversion activities
Negotiating scope and creating creative solutions to meet functionality with limited change
Providing design guidance/approach for the most complex decisions within Conversion
Escalation point for design issues

Requirements

BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Economics, or relevant experience
Immediate authorization to work in the United States
3-5 years of relevant work experience on large-scale conversion projects
3+ years of relevant software design and development experience using .NET, C#, SQL, Java
Advanced SQL Skills
Experience in ETL concepts and ETL tooling
Experience with the full conversion lifecycle, including development of source/target mappings, business rules, transformation logic, error handling and control total reports
Knowledge of standard development techniques (OOD, SDLC) in a web environment
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with end-user clients.
