About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical and consultative leadership for solutions opportunities on a range of complex Federal engagements
Delivery of technical architectural design, strategies and plans for engagements
Conduct design workshops, define IAM road map, define enterprise integrations for a risk landscape
Establish relationship with client technical counterparts
Work in conjunction with RSA Professional Services colleagues to ensure effective resolution of technical issues encountered during implementations
Prepares, maintains and submits activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures
Keeps project managers informed of activities, alerting of any issues promptly.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record with at least 5 years of experience in software consulting or IT services with focus on Identity and Access Management
Hands-on experience in associated technologies including database, Java, Linux & Windows
Public Sector Experience – consulting and services into the US Federal Government (DoD or Civilian Agencies)
Active Secret clearance preferred with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance within 6 months
Development experience (Python, REST, PowerShell) is highly desirable
One or more of the following certificates is a significant plus: RHCE, CISSP, Security+, ITIL
