About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of strategic national accounts, focusing on long-term development.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue, margin, and customer loyalty.
- Build strong face-to-face relationships with key stakeholders across customer organisations.
- Identify customer needs and deliver solution-based sales approach.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful implementation across customer sites.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand RS’s position within key customers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience managing large or strategic accounts in a B2B environment
- Strong background in solution selling, understanding customer challenges and offering tailored solutions
- Experience in a field-based role with regular travel and face-to-face customer engagement
- Ability to create and execute strategic account development plans
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in negotiations and complex sales cycles
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior decision-makers
- Structured, proactive, and results-driven approach
- Fluent in Swedish and confident in English
