About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design and execution of our global SAP S/4HANA solution design
- Oversee deployments across markets
- Accountable for end‑to‑end program planning, governance, and execution across technology workstreams
- Ensure alignment with parallel business transformation initiatives and executive priorities
- Own the integrated program plan for SAP S/4HANA global template design and phased country deployments
- Establish and manage program governance, cadence, risk management, and dependency tracking
- Drive disciplined execution across multiple workstreams, vendors, and geographies
- Ensure tight integration between the SAP program and parallel business transformation initiatives
- Manage cross‑program dependencies and sequencing to minimize delivery risk
- Provide concise, executive‑level updates on progress, risks, financials, and decision points
- Serve as the liaison between internal teams, business integrator(s), and systems integrator(s)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of relevant experience managing large-scale ERP or enterprise technology programs
- Proven leadership of SAP S/4HANA implementations, including global template design and multi-country planning and rollout
- Strong background in technology-led transformation programs
- Demonstrated experience working with systems integrators and business integrators
- Project management credentials (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Experience operating within global, matrixed organizations
- Familiarity with SAP Activate and large SI delivery models
- Strong financial acumen related to program budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity at scale
- Strong integration mindset across technology and business transformation
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% internationally
