About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing Informatica engineering team
  • Design and build a modern Informatica ETL platform
  • Lead the migration and consolidation of legacy ETL systems
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Act as the primary technical contact for Informatica vendors
  • Oversee the successful delivery of project-based initiatives
  • Establish and promote engineering standards and operational practices
  • Partner with architecture, data engineering, analytics, and BI teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in data integration, ETL development, and Informatica platforms
  • Expertise in designing, building, and modernising ETL platforms
  • Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modelling
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms and automation through scripting languages
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and DevSecOps practices
  • Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
