About the role

  • Take ownership of a region within the UK to support the UK business in delivering disproportionate growth across diverse solutions portfolio
  • Support Sales teams to win opportunities for providing diverse solutions
  • Bring subject matter expertise to the solution design and support Account Manager across the customer journey
  • Coach Account Management team in all aspects of the solution value proposition and associated solution design
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to ensure high quality customer discovery for all solution opportunities
  • Support accelerating solution opportunities through the sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Enjoy working with a wide-range of stakeholders within MRO businesses with the aim to identify and gain a 360 understanding of their challenges
  • Skilled account manager with experience in the use of consultative solutions-based sales techniques
  • Consultative approach to influence customers’ perspective by building value
  • Demonstrable track record of creating customer need and proactively driving opportunities
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to develop and set your own agenda
  • Enjoys working collaboratively with different teams in a regional field-based role
  • Continuous Improvement qualifications and/or experience (not 'must-haves')
  • Experience of working in a B2B environment such as industry, industrial distribution, logistics or business services sector (not 'must-haves')
  • Strong background of value selling (not 'must-haves')
  • Capability in business planning and project management (not 'must-haves')
