About the role

  • Use RS value proposition to differentiate from competitors
  • Proactively visit target customers for new business opportunities and upselling
  • Drive sales growth via long-term relationships, strategic contracts, and value-added services
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams for integrated solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales data for trend analysis and campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze financial/customer data to ensure compliance and profitability
  • Liaise across functions to enhance customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS improvement)
  • Participate in training, marketing campaigns, and continuous improvement projects
  • Comply with company policies and complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management or Strategic Business Development, preferably in industrial/MRO/electronics
  • Proven ability to exceed KPIs, work under pressure, and take initiative
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of procurement strategies and ability to articulate value solutions
  • Results-driven with financial/business awareness and analytical skills
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft tools.
