About the role
- Use RS value proposition to differentiate from competitors
- Proactively visit target customers for new business opportunities and upselling
- Drive sales growth via long-term relationships, strategic contracts, and value-added services
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams for integrated solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales data for trend analysis and campaign effectiveness
- Analyze financial/customer data to ensure compliance and profitability
- Liaise across functions to enhance customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS improvement)
- Participate in training, marketing campaigns, and continuous improvement projects
- Comply with company policies and complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 3+ years in Account Management or Strategic Business Development, preferably in industrial/MRO/electronics
- Proven ability to exceed KPIs, work under pressure, and take initiative
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of procurement strategies and ability to articulate value solutions
- Results-driven with financial/business awareness and analytical skills
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft tools.
