About the role
- Optimize key customer journeys to increase traffic, maximize sales and improve conversion rates
- Track and report category-specific digital metrics
- Use CX tools to analyze customer behavior and insights
- Collaborate with the digital merchandiser to align with the category's digital strategy
- Improve the user experience (UX) through A/B tests and other experiments
- Work closely with product, marketing and digital teams
- Create product copy to communicate key features and support SEO performance
- Identify competitor and market trends
Requirements
- Proven customer-centric approach across all aspects of the role
- Experience in customer management
- Strong communication skills and commercial/business acumen
- Solid knowledge of B2B e-commerce
- Experience in digital marketing, including content creation, copywriting, e-commerce, SEM, SEO and online customer journeys
- Analytical mindset with a curiosity for continuous improvement
