About the role
- Lead and develop specific sectors of the UK Credit Control team to meet cash and debtor targets.
- Resolve debtor queries and disputes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Produce month-end reports with insights and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
- Support legal action and maintain accurate bad debt provisions.
- Drive continuous improvement and service excellence across AR operations.
Requirements
- Fluent in English ( additional languages are beneficial)
- strong knowledge of UK AR legislation and practices.
- Proven leadership experience in credit control.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience managing teams and delivering results across diverse markets.
