About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and execute digital marketing initiatives across social media, paid advertising, and website optimisation
- Monitor, respond to, and moderate comments and direct messages across social media platforms
- Maintain a consistent brand voice in all community interactions
- Escalate customer issues or sensitive conversations when required
- Schedule and publish content across organic social channels
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging content
- Track engagement metrics and prepare regular performance updates
- Assist with the setup, management, and optimisation of Google Ads and paid social campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing
- Support A/B testing initiatives
- Research and identify relevant creators and influencers for UGC opportunities
- Prepare campaign reports and highlight key insights and recommendations
- Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content updates
- Assist in optimising landing pages for search visibility and conversions
- Coordinate with developers and designers to implement website updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related role
- Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid social platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing best practices
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
- Strong written communication skills and confidence engaging with online communities
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and develop across multiple areas of digital marketing
- Nice to Have
- Experience working with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands
- Familiarity with Elementor, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for minor website edits
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills
- Experience working with influencers or user-generated content campaigns
