Requirements

  • - **1–2+ years of professional experience working with Australian clients or companies (required)**
  • - Prior experience in **property, real estate, property investment, mortgage broking, or related services.**
  • - Proven ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and confidently manage phone conversations
  • - Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and persuasive communication style
  • - Experience using **Go High Level (GHL)** or similar CRM systems (pipelines, tagging, workflows, basic reporting)
  • - Comfortable using outbound dialers for high-volume calling
  • - Highly organised, proactive, self-managed, and consistent with follow-ups
  • - Available full-time (40 hours/week) aligned with Australian business hours
  • - Fast and reliable internet connection, own laptop/desktop, quiet workspace, and quality headset
