About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute operational order management from receipt of customer orders through invoicing
- Manage and coordinate RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)
- Monitor A/R balances
- Record incoming payments in QuickBooks
- Approve and process payments for authorized A/P invoices
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and perform bank reconciliations
- Review all monthly transactions for accuracy
- Support the sales team with customer-related operational issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to accurately interpret and process shipping specifications
- Knowledge of shipment documentation requirements for imports and exports
- Familiarity with recycling regulations for hazardous materials such as electronic products and lithium batteries
- Knowledge of customs and foreign trade regulations for the US and Canada
- Demonstrable experience importing hazardous goods
- Experience preparing shipping documentation
- Experience handling RMAs
- Detail-oriented with respect to pricing, tariffs, shipping methods, and lead times
- Experience collaborating with international teams to improve logistics planning
- Understanding of and ability to document A/R and A/P transactions
- Monthly accounting and reporting skills
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
