Key responsibilities & impact

Confirm that all proofs accurately represent underlying data, verifying that values in the text match source business rules.
Ensure all proofs remain consistent with established brand messaging and approved client specific templates.
Review content for spelling, grammar, syntax, and/or punctuation.
Confirm that charts, infographics, and diagrams accurately represent the underlying data and are labeled correctly.
Manage document iterations to ensure that all requested edits have been integrated and no "legacy errors" persist.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
1 year professional experience
Minimum 3–5 years in technical editing, data validation, or a specialized QC role
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are mandatory
Basic understanding of brand guidelines/style rules and strong organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
