About the role
- Manage Commercial Print sales and service within the Midwest States Region
- Ensure maximum sales volume and profitability
- Achieve and exceed all Region revenue, profit and expense objectives
- Develop annual business plan with Vice President-Sales
- Use consultative selling approach and maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Develop and maintain multi-level relationships within accounts
- Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses
- Participate in professional development of sales representatives
- Monitor changes and developments within accounts and industry
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent years of experience
- Requires very good understanding of sales and sales management principles (4+ years of experience)
- Experience with print and/or print related services is desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates successful selling abilities including cold calling
- Good analytical ability to conduct comprehensive customer needs analyses
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Must have a valid drivers license.
