Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required

9 years managing leaders and leading enterprise-level teams or functions
15+ progressive experience in strategy or solutions roles
In-depth knowledge of strategy, solutions, marketing services, and commercial strategy.
Strong business judgment and financial acumen to guide enterprise resource decisions.
Able to navigate competing priorities, balance vision with execution, and lead through change.
Exceptional ability to shape senior-level conversations and influence long-term direction.
Skilled in building enterprise alignment and developing cross-functional leadership talent.
