Independently develop, test, debug, maintain, modify, and install complex software programs using structured programming techniques

Engage in all phases of the full systems lifecycle, from design to implementation, maintenance, and support of applications and systems software

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience.
Must have three (3) years of experience with/in: ServiceNow Development or Administration; Developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, modules and integrations; Analyzing, writing, and modifying models to support software source code that enables business capabilities; Understanding of the information technology environment or infrastructure; Applying codes using JavaScript, AJAX, Business Rules, SOAP, and REST; Collaborating with stakeholders and product owners to test applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and customer expectations; Applying tools such as Jira Agile and ServiceNow Agile; and Developing user stories within assigned sprint deadlines and ensure deployment with minimal defects.
