About the role

  • Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, sell RRD products and solutions via phone or electronic communication to customers in an assigned territory.
  • Focus on building and fostering strong business relationships which result in repeat business.
  • Sales efforts will focus on making outbound sales calls to prospects and existing clients.
  • Complete Market and Company research to identify potential clients and points of contact within the prospect.
  • Schedule and hold virtual / phone-based client meetings.
  • Facilitate Client presentations.
  • Record all touchpoints of the sales process in the Customer Relationship Management System.
  • Respond to inbound customer contact regarding product and service information and identify upselling activities from such contact.
  • Remain up to date on RRD product knowledge.
  • Analyze and filter data provided on accounts and prospects to build an individual forecast and sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management Software preferred
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience working collaboratively with other individuals and departments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and adjust to meet business needs.
  • High School or GED with 1 year of sales experience
