About the role
- Serve as a key legal advisor on all real estate matters
- Take the lead on negotiations and documentation
- Act as lead counsel for acquisitions, dispositions, and various property matters
- Draft, negotiate, and review industrial and office leases and amendments
- Provide timely legal advice and counsel to management on real estate-related legal and business matters
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure legal strategies align with real estate objectives
Requirements
- Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- 3–5 years of significant experience working within a law firm or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in real estate transactions and lease negotiations
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with senior leadership and C-suite executives
- Proven track record of drafting and negotiating contracts solely related to complex real estate transactions and commercial leases
