About the role

  • responsible for the design, development and execution of strategic initiatives
  • tactical deployment of manufacturing solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures
  • Function as technical experts throughout the full project lifecycle and develop, maintain project plans
  • evaluate estimates against actual occurrences
  • own the delivery Analysis of business systems to determine effectiveness
  • identify inadequacies, inefficiencies, and problems and recommending solutions
  • Responsible for managing the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles and quality processes
  • Ensure that quality methods and procedures are executed
  • products, applications, and systems are in compliance
  • Manage and facilitate internal and external customer interactions throughout the Project Development Life Cycle
  • Share your expertise and help train other employees as assigned
  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent planning, scoping, scheduling, and delivery skills
  • Manufacturing management experience and/or Project management experience
  • Ability to execute capital projects by managing groups of employees, equipment manufacturers, and other suppliers both remotely and onsite
  • Experience in onsite/offshore coordination is required
  • Proven ability to develop relationships by networking within and outside the company to provide rapid responses to manufacturing needs
  • Experience in finding solutions to business needs through research and teamwork with fellow team members and suppliers
  • Budget responsibilities for projects
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Education Minimum - 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a degree related to Manufacturing Management is preferred
