About the role
- responsible for the design, development and execution of strategic initiatives
- tactical deployment of manufacturing solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures
- Function as technical experts throughout the full project lifecycle and develop, maintain project plans
- evaluate estimates against actual occurrences
- own the delivery Analysis of business systems to determine effectiveness
- identify inadequacies, inefficiencies, and problems and recommending solutions
- Responsible for managing the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles and quality processes
- Ensure that quality methods and procedures are executed
- products, applications, and systems are in compliance
- Manage and facilitate internal and external customer interactions throughout the Project Development Life Cycle
- Share your expertise and help train other employees as assigned
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent planning, scoping, scheduling, and delivery skills
- Manufacturing management experience and/or Project management experience
- Ability to execute capital projects by managing groups of employees, equipment manufacturers, and other suppliers both remotely and onsite
- Experience in onsite/offshore coordination is required
- Proven ability to develop relationships by networking within and outside the company to provide rapid responses to manufacturing needs
- Experience in finding solutions to business needs through research and teamwork with fellow team members and suppliers
- Budget responsibilities for projects
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Education Minimum - 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a degree related to Manufacturing Management is preferred
